How do I book a session?

You can book via the Contact Form or send me a WhatsApp message. I’ll guide you through dates, session types, and preparation tips.

Where do sessions take place and how long are they?

Sessions can be at my home studio in Hawthorn East, a hired studio, or an outdoor location. They typically last 1–4 hours, depending on the session type and whether hair and makeup are included. I provide a tailored quote for each project.

Do you offer makeup for photography sessions?

Some sessions include makeup, but not all. I also work with your own makeup artist if preferred.

What makeup looks and fees do you offer?

Popular looks include soft glam, stage glam, and natural (clean skin) makeup. Temporary lashes can be added for $10. Fees are $150 for makeup, or $200 with simple hair styling (straightening, curling, simple updo). These fees apply to locations within 10 km of Hawthorn East; travel fees apply outside this zone. I suggest sending inspiration photos via social media, WhatsApp, or email.

How do I pay for sessions or makeup?

Payments are made upfront via bank transfer, PayID. Otherwise your welcome to pay cash at your session.

When will I receive my photos?

Photos are delivered via a private gallery within 1 week for small galleries and up to 4 weeks for larger sessions. Priority delivery is available for an additional fee.

How much do Photography sessions cost?

Pricing depends on session type, location, hair and makeup, retouching, and framing consultations. I provide a tailored quote for each project. Standard sessions start from $350; optional extras are quoted separately.

Are your images copyrighted?

Yes. All images are © Studio Craft & Co and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

What should I wear or bring to a session? Comfortable outfits that reflect your personality. For makeup sessions, bring any preferred products or ideas. I’m happy to provide styling guidance if needed.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes depending on availability.

Photography Services

What services do you offer?
I specialise in creative photography and occasional makeup artistry for portraits, branding, and special projects.

Do you offer photo editing or retouching?
Yes! I provide professional photo editing and retouching to enhance your images, whether it’s colour correction, blemish removal, or subtle adjustments to make your photos shine. Additional retouching is charged separately and quoted per project.

Do you offer consultation for framing and wall displays?
Yes! I offer in-home consultations to help you choose professional framing options and plan your wall layout. This service is optional and quoted per project.

When will I receive my photos?
Edited photos are usually delivered via a private online gallery within 1 week for smaller galleries and up to 4 weeks for larger sessions. Priority delivery is available for an additional fee.

Do you offer priority delivery for photos?
Yes! If you’d like your images delivered sooner, I offer a priority service for an additional fee. This allows you to receive your edited images faster while still ensuring each image is carefully retouched.

Can I use my photos on social media or websites?
Yes! You may share your images for personal use or online, but please credit Studio Craft & Co when sharing publicly. All images remain copyrighted unless you request a licence for other uses.

Do you provide prints or albums?
Yes, prints and albums are available upon request. I can guide you on sizes, materials, and packages after your session.

Makeup Services

Do you offer makeup for all photography sessions?
Some sessions include my makeup services, but not all. I’ll clarify whether makeup is available when you book. I can also work with your own makeup artist if preferred.

What makeup looks can you create?
I can create a variety of looks, including soft glam, stage glam, natural makeup (clean skin look), and more. These are the most popular options. For an extra $10, you can add temporary lashes to complete your look.

What are your makeup fees?
Makeup sessions are $150. If you would like add on simple hair styling there is an additional fee of $30 for short to medium hair and $50 for long hair styling. These fees apply to locations within 10 km of Hawthorn East. For sessions outside this zone, a travel fee will be added. I suggest sending your inspiration photos via social media, WhatsApp, or email so I can create the look you’re after.

How do I pay for makeup sessions?
Makeup clients can pay either in cash at their appointment or via PayID before the session. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed.

How do I pay for a session?
Photography sessions are paid in full upfront via bank transfer or cash. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed. For make-up services you can pay via PAY ID or Cash at your appointment.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds are not usually available, but I am happy to reschedule your session to another date if notice is given in advance.
